New Years Day

Yes, I am aware that it is no longer New Years Day, but there is no better day than today to blog. I am wearing a red vintage jacket I sewed black bows on, my Black Keys t-shirt turned inside out, black jeans, my favorite pumps from Nordstrom, my "broken childhood" teddy bear necklace, and my Marc Jacobs wishbone necklace I received for Christmas.

For some odd, unusual, unknown reason, I have been feeling motivated to be productive. Maybe it's because I had time to relax in Kauai or because of the new year, but I don't really care. I'm going to treasure it while it's still here. 

2013 went by very fast, but I will not miss it. There were too many embarrassing moments I'm trying to erase from my memory. There were definitely some great moments mixed in with the not so great ones, but they were usually followed by an embarrassing moment. Oh well, maybe this year will be different. (I know it won't be any different, but a girl can dream!)
